Hello Greenville Elementary Families!
I want to officially welcome all of you to the 2025-26 school year! For those of you who are new to our school, please know that you are coming to a wonderful place. Our teachers and staff are caring, hardworking, and innovative. We take learning seriously and strive to make personal connections that help ALL students succeed.
This is my 2nd year as the Principal of Greenville Elementary. Most recently I have been an Assistant Principal at North Cache Middle School. I am thrilled to be here and excited to work with you to support your child's educational process. It has been found that a strong relationship between home and school is a key factor for student success.Years ago, one of my mentors said this: “ When parents drop their students off at the door, they want three things,
1: For their child to be safe, 2: To be treated well, and 3: To learn at High Levels.” Please know our priority at Greenville is to ensure your child is safe, treated well, and learning at high levels. As Principal, my door is always open, and I welcome your input.

Title I School Status
Greenville has qualified for Title 1 status! Please join us on Back to School night, Thursday August 14th, from 6:00 - 6:15 PM in the GYM to learn more. It's a HUGE benefit to our students and school programs. Greenville has now qualified 2 years in a row. Lunch Accounts
Please ensure that your child has money in their lunch account before school starts. Envelopes can be found at the office or you can pay online by clicking here.
Health and Safety
Our illness policy is that a student be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning to school.
Classroom Volunteers
We know that volunteers in Greenville classrooms are a major part of our success. We are grateful for the time you give up to serve our students. When you come in to volunteer, please check in at the office to sign in and get a volunteer sticker.
Back to School Night
We are excited for our Back to School Night this year! We look forward to seeing you Thursday, August 14th from 6:00 - 7:15 PM (6:00 - 6:15 Title 1 & PTA information in GYM) 6:15-7:15 Meet your teacher. This time is to go and meet your child’s teacher, learn some of the class expectations, and get a feel for the school. Make sure to pop in and meet our new specialist teachers as well!

Kindergarten - 6th Grade: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM- 3:35 PM & Friday 9:00 AM - 2:20 PM
If you have elected for half-day kindergarten the hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00-12:20
AM Pre-School: Monday - Thursday 9:05-11:35
PM Pre-School: Monday - Thursday 1:05-3:35
No Pre-School on Fridays
Arrival Time
The first morning bell rings at 9:00 AM. Our school day begins at 9:05 AM every day. Please be sure to have your child/children here on time. Students who are consistently tardy are at a disadvantage and usually arrive feeling frantic and unprepared. All students who arrive after 9:05 AM must sign in at the office. If your child is going to be absent, please call and inform our school office at 435-750-7888.

Student Drop Off and Pick Up:
Please review the drop off and pick up map that was attached to this email before the first day. Remember that we need everyone to stay in the pick up line--no leapfrogging-when a car has loaded, they will pull out and everyone behind them will move forward. Pick up takes less than 10 minutes each day, if we all do this. Thank you.
***Students are not to be at the school prior to 8:35 each morning. Staff are not present to supervise students until that time. The front doors will open at 8:35 daily for students to go to class or breakfast.
Dress Code:
A copy of the school dress code can be found on the district website or at this link: Dress Code. This is a district policy and is standard for all Cache County Schools.
Cell Phones & Smart Watches:
*Cell phones must be powered off and put away while students are at school. If cell phones are out during the school day, students will be warned and asked to power it off and put it in a backpack. If it occurs again, it will be taken from the student and must be collected from the office at the end of the school day. Additional incidents will require a parent to come and retrieve the phone.
*Smart Watches may be worn as long as they do not become a distraction and are not being used inappropriately.
*All communication from parents to students during the school day must be done through the school phone line.
School Newsletter:
Each month you will receive an email with the Greenville Newsletter to tell you what’s happening at our school. Most communication from school will be by email, so please contact the school office if you aren’t getting information from the school or if your email changes.
